1. General Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If a course or session is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

• If you have enrolled in a course but are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that the course has not yet started.

• For digital products such as e-books, downloadable resources, or pre-recorded sessions, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@cosmiccf.org with proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.

• Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been rendered, including live sessions, consultations, and customized healing programs.

• Partial refunds may be considered for ongoing courses, depending on the duration and usage of the service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

• In case of emergency situations, we may allow rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases

• In rare cases where a refund is requested due to dissatisfaction with a service, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards another course or session.

• Refunds for promotional offers, discounts, and bundled services will be calculated based on the actual price of individual items.
